Fred J. Reinders is the founder, Chairman and CEO of the Maple Reinders Group of Companies.
After an active engineering career as a Civil Engineer in marine projects in Europe, he emigrated to Canada and earned extensive experience in the execution of a wide variety of projects at the St. Lawrence Seaway and major developments in the GTA as a construction and consulting engineer.
In 1967, he founded two firms to build Companies for serving the Consulting Engineering and Construction industry. Over a period of almost fifty years, the Companies have made an extensive impact on wide ranging projects throughout Canada.
As principal shareholder and founder, he has served the organization to grow to a significant position in the industry. In the leading role as Chairman and CEO he shaped and lead the governance of the Maple Reinders Group in leading the Board of Directors and the Executive team.
In addition to his business role, he has chaired various organizations in the field of Christian Higher Education for some forty years and is currently the Vice Chairman of Media Voice Generation TV at the CBC building in Toronto.
His interest reaches deeply into bringing vision and purpose into the lives of young Canadians.

Mike Reinders leads the senior management team in developing and implementing strategic plans while ensuring the operational integrity of the firm. He builds on the leadership skills, corporate vision, sound financial acumen and ongoing open communication practices laid out in the foundation on which the organization continues to grow and succeed. He oversees the execution of construction projects from coast to coast in Canada with contract volume in excess of $350 million.

Eric Van Ginkel is responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting and accounting of the Maple Reinders Group of Companies. By working closely with the firm's financial partners, He ensures the resources and assurances necessary to support a stable and controlled growth objective. He assists in developing and implementing strategic plans for the firm, and is responsible for ongoing financial integrity.

As President & COO, Harold Reinders is responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies for the Buildings and Heavy Civil/Environmental divisions in the Eastern provinces of Canada. With extensive experience in ICI and heavy civil construction, Harold has the capacity to oversee various building projects such as industrial, multi-residential, commercial, institutional; as well as water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, recycling plants, compost facilities and various other heavy civil and environmental projects.

He provides guidance, innovative solutions and risk management in the deployment and growth of human capital through the use of interpersonal, communications and team building skills.
Peter Muller, B.Sc. (Eng)VP, Management Systems
Peter Muller has over 30 years’ experience in managing turnkey, Design/Build and multi-discipline construction projects with specialist skills in the water and sewage treatment and transmission fields. He has overseen many multi-million dollar construction projects including a number of Design/Build projects in water and sewage treatment, industrial manufacturing and composting. His focus now is on building all Maple Reinders divisions and branches to achieve excellence in project procurement and management resulting in improved profits and growth through the prevention of project losses.
