Mountainside Townhomes

Maple Reinders was awarded a CCDC-2 contract for Mountainside Townhomes in Pemberton, BC.

Mountainside Townhomes is a 30-unit, 4-buiding townhome complex that will feature 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes built in a modern farmhouse style with tiered gardens, expansive lawns and greenery that all work to form a connection with the surrounding nature. Additional architectural elements will include expressive window trims and shutters, a variety of siding textures, window boxes, wood brackets, chimneys and stone elements. The buildings will also have the following features:

• Two vehicle garages with over-sized garage doors for ample access for car and trucks.
• Private outdoor space with large front porches & patios
• Entrances from both the adjacent street/pathway and the private interior road
