At Maple Reinders, we understand that our employees are our competitive edge. We have developed core construction and safety programs that form the foundation of our Maple Reinders University (MRU). Training starts from the first day of employment. All employees complete a minimal number of training hours per year through MRU and external training programs.
We encourage employees to obtain professional certification and licensing, and we reimburse full-time permanent employees for the costs.
We also encourage employees to participate in professional and technical associations, and we encourage and support sites in personal apprenticeship programs.
Excellence is the only acceptable standard of performance.
