As President & CEO, Harold Reinders leads the senior management team in developing and implementing strategic plans while ensuring the operational integrity of the firm. With extensive experience in ICI and heavy civil construction, Harold oversees the execution of construction projects from coast to coast in Canada. He builds on the leadership skills, corporate vision, sound financial acumen and ongoing open communication practices laid out in the foundation on which the organization continues to grow and succeed.

Reuben Scholtens has served the Canadian infrastructure market for over 20 years. The early stages of his career focused on the operations, maintenance, and optimization of critical, large scale public and private infrastructure. Upon his joining the Maple Reinders Group in 2010, Reuben’s focus expanded to the design and construction of these assets as well, never forgetting the importance of creating facilities created to last and perform in the long term. In his role as Vice-President of Pre-Construction, Reuben is responsible for identifying and securing large, complex, and strategic projects for the Maple Reinders Group. These projects are often time-sensitive and routinely require the development of joint ventures or consortia with similarly quality and client-focused partners. Reuben’s role also encompasses the company’s private financing, and facility and asset management functions, once again highlighting the company’s focus not only on initial client satisfaction and meeting construction goals but also standing behind what Maple Reinders’ designs and builds over its full intended life.

Paul is accountable for providing strategic leadership, innovative solutions and risk management in the deployment and growth of human capital at Maple Reinders. Progressing through production, sales, marketing and HR executive roles for private firms such as Fidelity Investments, Noma Industries and Mattamy Homes, Paul is a leader in the fields of business culture and management including his role as an instructor on Strategic Human Resource Management at Ryerson University. An ICD-certified director, Paul has led and served boards in the construction, technology, manufacturing, software, affordable housing, education and health sectors including Governor of the University of Guelph and Vice-Chair of WaterTAP, Ontario’s water technology accelerator. An apprentice woodcut and sculpture artist, Paul and his wife have raised four children to adulthood and now maintain an empty nest in Oakville.

Chris is responsible for all legal aspects of Maple Reinders Group, including providing strategic leadership and risk management solutions throughout Maple Reinders’ business. Considered a leader within the industry, Chris has worked most of his career in construction, most recently working with another large international General Contractor, and before that was in private practice with a successful construction law firm, where he has gained extensive experience in all areas of construction. Chris is extremely active within the industry including acting as an Executive of the Construction & Infrastructure Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, is the Past Chair (2015) of the Construction Corporate Counsel Forum, and sat on the advisory committee for the review and modification of the Construction Act in Ontario. Outside of work, Chris and his wife remain exceptionally busy as chauffeurs for their two active kids, running between rinks, fields and dance studios.
