Building the Next Generation of Leaders
Attracting and retaining talent is a priority for us, and we are always looking for innovative ways to welcome the next generation of construction leaders into the Maple Reinders family.
George Brown College Scholarship
Building on the long and proud history that we share with George Brown College, we recently developed the Maple Reinders Leadership in Construction Award, developed to help domestic or international students registered in the Honours Bachelor of Technology Construction Management Program. Read more about the scholarship here.
Game Plan Employer Network Partnership
We have partnered with the Game Plan Employer Network – a group that connects athletes with top companies across the country. Offering a variety of opportunities such as job shadowing, internships, project-based or regular full-time positions, this unique partnership enables us to get access to a pipeline of talent that we may not have otherwise considered.
We Put Your Safety First
At Maple Reinders, excellence is the only acceptable standard of performance. And that is true of our standards for health and safety as well. In fact, Maple Reinders has one of the best safety records in the industry.
We are very proud of having earned the prestigious COR designation, and work daily to keep everyone from management to site, including each and every member of our subtrade teams, safe at every turn.
Students and Recent Grads Welcome
Maple Reinders is always looking for talented students and recent graduates who are interested in joining our team. We also participate in several career fairs across Canada, in search of promising new graduates and students.
Students are given the same responsibilities as entry level employees, giving them hands on, real life experience.

We are committed to doing everything possible to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize any environmentally detrimental effect our business might have. As a five-time recipient of the Canadian Construction Association’s Environmental Achievement Award, sustainable construction is at the core of what we do as a company.
We believe that we must be in service not only to our employees but to our communities as well. With a focus on civic initiatives that help sustain and support deserving communities, we donate a portion of our profits every year to worthy organizations throughout Canada and encourage all employees to get involved locally as well.
