Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for a major new distribution facility for AOSOM Canada Inc., an emerging and rapidly growing company in the Canadian e-commerce sector. The project began with Maple Reinders responding to a Request for Proposal for a 250,000 square foot facility. However, through a series of collaborative meetings and strategic discussions, the team was able to demonstrate opportunities to better utilize the available site. As a result, AOSOM opted to increase the size of the facility significantly, expanding the scope to 575,000 square feet in order to accommodate their current needs and future growth.
The expanded facility was designed to support high-volume logistics operations and provide the infrastructure necessary for AOSOM to enhance their warehousing and distribution capabilities. Maple Reinders worked closely with the client throughout the planning and design phases to ensure the building would meet evolving operational requirements, while also incorporating sustainable design elements and maximizing long-term value. This project highlights Maple Reinders’ commitment to responsive client service, innovative problem-solving, and delivering flexible, future-ready facilities.
Maple Reinders completed a siteworks project for the Caledon headquarters of ATS Containers. The two focuses of this project were to improve the site, and to implement a stormwater management system for the property.
Dot Foods Inc., the largest food redistributor in North America, selected Maple Reinders to act as their Design-Builder for their flagship Canadian Head Office and Distribution Center.
