Kubota contracted with Maple Reinders to design and build their new Canadian head office facility.
A leading distributor of compact diesel tractors, construction equipment and generators, Kubota Canada is one of the 17 world affiliates of Kubota Corporation, based in Osaka, Japan.
Kubota’s Markham facilities were designed with “Eastern” appeal, to evoke the company’s Japanese origins, and utilizes recurring corporate colours throughout to reiterate corporate identity.
The new facility is comprised of 154,600 SF warehouse/distribution space and 18,500 SF office space for a total of approximately 173,100 SF. The building is further designed to accommodate future expansion. The warehouse/distribution area includes a mezzanine, tire storage, and cranage.

Maple Reinders was invited by GWL Realty Advisors (GWL) to provide a proposal for the construction of Building “B” at their Goreway and Steeles Business Campus.
NTN Bearing engaged Maple Reinders to provide build-to-suit services for a new head office and distribution building constructed on 3.75 acres at the Mississauga Gateway Centre business park.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.

Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
