Maple Reinders was selected to construct a 55,000 SF cross-dock, warehouse and office facility for Canadian Freightways. This location is also serviced by Epic Express.
The facility includes 84 overhead doors, with bay spacing at 23 feet, and a minimum clear height of 20 feet. The office area includes lockers, showers, and an employee lunch room.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to construct a new corporate head office and truck terminal for Maritime-Ontario Freightworks. The new facility is located on a 65-acre site adjacent to CN’s Brampton Intermodal Terminal, with the capacity to park more than 400 trailers.
Maple Reinders was selected by Higgins Development Partners to design and construct the new facility. The Thomson Terminals building is approximately 400,000 SF and is a conventional steel structure with 40’ x 40’ bay spacing.
