Set in the Caledon Hills northwest of Toronto, Caledon Woods Golf Club underwent re-design, taking maximum advantage of the thick stands of mature trees, rolling contours and valley lands to create a classic parkland course.
As part of the redevelopment, ClubLink retained Maple Reinders to undertake the construction management of a new clubhouse. The new clubhouse is a one-storey building with an extended deck on the west side. The total gross floor area is approximately 12,300 SF plus an exterior deck and patio area.
The new clubhouse includes a pro shop, kitchen, and dining facilities. The clubhouse was designed with barn-style dormers and a porch on three sides that provides beautiful views of the course.

ClubLink contracted with Maple Reinders to construct a new 24,000 SF premium clubhouse at the Grandview Golf Course in Huntsville, Ontario.
Maple Reinders was retained by Open Text to act as the Design-Build constructor for the completion of a new office facility at the University of Waterloo Research Park.
