Holiday Inn engaged Maple Reinders to provide construction management services for a new, upscale hotel at QEW and Bronte Road in Oakville – a busy juncture en route to the United States border.
The Oakville Holiday Inn Express is a premier seven-storey hotel. This impressive 144-room facility offers spacious guestrooms including deluxe two-room King Kitchenette Suites, King Leisure Suites, invigorating Jacuzzi Suites, and King Corner Suites as well as traditional hotel rooms.
Other features include an indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool, a fitness facility, a Great Room, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, the Marquis Bistro Restaurant & Grill, and a large, open lobby with adjoining cocktail lounge.

Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Bid-Build contract for a seven-storey, 80-room expansion adjoining the existing Holiday Inn Express hotel in Kelowna.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to coordinate the relocation with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, schedule the construction activities, and design and build the new avitat and hangar facilities.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Multi-Residential
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to provide construction services for two separate additions to the home, as well as interior alterations.
Transportation
Maple Reinders undertook the construction of a distribution centre for UPS Canada at the Calgary International Airport.
