Lester B. Pearson International Airport’s major $4.4 billion redevelopment project encompassed new terminals, runways, and infrastructure – expanding its capacity to 50 million travelers per year.
As a result of this redevelopment project, Imperial Oil was required to relocate its avitat terminal facilities and maintenance hangar. Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to coordinate the relocation with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, schedule the construction activities, and design and build the new avitat and hangar facilities.
The 40,000 SF terminal incorporates efficient arrival and departure processes and excellent air-side visibility from the comfortable, spacious lounge. The terminal also houses corporate offices for Esso’s aviation group.
Aircraft maintenance and servicing operations are facilitated on-site in the adjacent 112,000 SF hangar.

Holiday Inn engaged Maple Reinders to provide construction management services for a new, upscale hotel at QEW and Bronte Road in Oakville - a busy juncture en route to the United States border.
Maple Reinders was contracted to design and build the major additions to the Sandy Beach Motel. The new development’s southwestern design complements the original structures, known for their arches, roses, cactus garden, and quaint beauty.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Multi-Residential
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to provide construction services for two separate additions to the home, as well as interior alterations.
Maple Reinders undertook the construction of a distribution centre for UPS Canada at the Calgary International Airport.
