Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract to construct a new facility for Kooy Brothers Lawn Equipment Ltd.
The impressive 40,600 SF building is located at 1919 Wilson Avenue in Toronto and includes a large retail showroom, parts warehouse, service bays for large and small lawn and snow removal equipment, and administrative offices. The building is very easy to view from the 401 between Highway 400 and Weston Road.
Significant brownfield site remediation was required, and Maple Reinders had to coordinate with the MTO as they were involved in road construction within close proximity at time of construction.

Maple Reinders was retained by Open Text to act as the Design-Build constructor for the completion of a new office facility at the University of Waterloo Research Park.
Maple Reinders was awarded a Design-Bid-Build contract to build a new 21,000 SF terminal building at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. The focus of the new terminal is a dramatic public hall area with 28 foot high curved ceilings and excellent air-side visibility.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.

Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
