The Milton Professional Centre (in close proximity to and supporting Milton District Hospital and Milton’s Phase Two residential area) is a professional medical office complex.
The 36,563 SF building consists of two floors with individual units ranging from 900 SF to 10,000 SF. The facility houses Ontario’s first Family Healthcare practice as well as other healthcare practitioners and general business offices.
Maple Reinders constructed the shell building, with high-efficiency roof-top units. The firm was subsequently contracted to complete tenant fit-ups for several physicians, dentists, a sports medicine practice, pharmacy, and laboratories.

Maple Reinders worked with Alcon to select a new site and interacted with the owner to develop the site. Alcon’s new office and warehouse facility was constructed on a Design-Build basis.
Maple Reinders was contracted to Design-Bid-Build a 35,000 SF curvilinear building, which included operable windows, a raised access floor with personal air control devices, flow-through air pattern circulation; as well as warm and inviting interior finishes to add to the level of human comfort for occupants.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.

Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
