Troy Snobelen Holdings Apartments – Kincardine

Maple Reinders was selected for the redevelopment of a life-lease facility in Kincardine, Ontario. The project consisted of a four-storey, 31-unit, high end residential complex with a mixture of one and two-bedroom suites ranging in size from 900 SF to 1100 SF.

Units were designed to accommodate young couples, families and senior independent living. An underground storm retention system was incorporated into the parking lot design to minimize the impact on the Town storm system, as well as to control surface water flowing onto the adjacent properties.
