UPS – Calgary Consolidated Facility - UPS-Calgary-Intro

UPS – Calgary Consolidated Facility

Maple Reinders undertook the construction of a distribution centre for UPS Canada at the Calgary International Airport.

The 150,000 SF centre on Aero Drive NE houses the latest logistics technology and combined three former Calgary facilities under one roof. The centre has airside access in the airport’s YYC Global Logistics Park and employs upwards of 400 people.

The new facility has a capacity for 150 trucks. Centrally located, it services Calgary as well as the Alberta communities of Airdrie, Okotoks, High River, Bragg Creek, Cochrane, Strathmore, Canmore and Banff.

Trinity Village Long Term Care Facility

Maple Reinders constructed the three-storey Long-Term Care Facility, which is organized into an asymmetrical composition, with four residential wings arranged in a “pinwheel” pattern around a landscaped courtyard, allowing for the preservation of mature trees on the site.

Next Project

GWL Business Campus Buildings "B" and "C"

Maple Reinders was invited by GWL Realty Advisors (GWL) to provide a proposal for the construction of Building “B” at their Goreway and Steeles Business Campus.
