Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. entered into a contract with Bluebird Self-Storage to design and build their new six-storey self-storage facility located at 19 Esandar Dr., Toronto, ON. The new facility includes approximately 168,000 SF of floor area which includes mainly storage lockers and a small retail office area.
The building façade includes a combination of architectural block, vertical and horizontal insulated metal panels, curtainwall glazing and phenolic architectural cladding.
The building has three (3) elevators to service the six-storey facility.

Selected by the City of Barrie to construct a raw water intake pipeline and a low lift pumping station wet well.
The Comox Fixed-Wing Search & Rescue Training Centre is a new state-of-the-art aircraft training (operation and maintenance) facility with mixed use including offices, classrooms, flight simulators, and a full-size airplane.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Food and Beverage
Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
