Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to design and construct the tenant fit out of an existing industrial building for Domino’s Pizza’s new supply chain centre in Cambridge, Ontario. The 54,462 SF constructed space includes multiple offices, auxiliary space, production areas, utility rooms, cooler, freezer, warehouse and loading docks.
The facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to produce, store, receive and ship food ingredients for Domino’s business operations for all Eastern Canada. Maple Reinders was also responsible for the coordination and installation of production equipment, tray washing equipment, oil and flour storage silos, process piping, material handling equipment, racking and battery charging equipment.
Construction Managers for the constructed the new Canadian headquarters and parts distribution centre.
We undertook extensive renovations to upgrade Imperial Oil's existing hangar and passenger terminal, including upgrades to the parking lot and entrance.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
A new access road was built for trucks to two new dock levelers, including new approach and gate access and the south parking lot expansion for trailer and truck parking.
