With plans to expand their facilities in Ontario, St. Francis Herb Farm selected Maple Reinders to be the Construction Managers for the greenfield construction of their new 37,000 sf warehouse/nutraceutical production facility on approximately 1.6 hectares of land located at 50 Lane Street in Barry’s Bay, Ontario.
The new facility is configured to include approximately 12,500 sf of warehouse and distribution space, 22,000 sf of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production and 2,500 sf of office space. Maple Reinders’ scope also included installation of production process and equipment for salves, tinctures, capsules and food infusion. The project scope also involved the development of the land including site services (sanitary sewers, stormwater management, water service, etc.), paving for parking lot and loading areas.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
