Americold (formally Nova Cold) is a repeat client of Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. in Calgary. Maple Reinders completed Phase 2 and 3 expansions for this facility in 2018 through a Lump Sum Planned Specifications agreement.
Upon successful completion of that project, Americold engaged Maple Reinders in a Design-Build contract for the next phase of the facility. This phase consisted of a 50,000 sq.ft. freezer addition which include connections to the existing refrigeration and building utilities.
