Sandy Beach is an established family resort on the shores of Osoyoos Lake. The existing complex was originally comprised of assorted rustic cabins and a single-storey motel building.
Catering to the influx of tourism to the Okanagan Valley, the owners contracted with Maple Reinders to design and build major additions to the resort. The new development’s southwestern design complements the original structures, known for their arches, roses, cactus garden, and quaint charm.
Design/Build construction added 26 units to the waterfront beach resort, consisting of four two-storey structures with six units in each, an amenity building and related site works.
All suites are equipped with a patio or balcony, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area, and bedrooms.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to coordinate the relocation with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, schedule the construction activities, and design and build the new avitat and hangar facilities.
