North American Logistics Services (NALS) stores and transports exhibits for use in trade shows and conferences across North America – delivering turnkey logistic solutions and custom brokerage services.
Maple Reinders, with its familiarity in developing land in the burgeoning Bolton market, was awarded the contract to design and build a new office and warehouse distribution facility for NALS.
The new building, on a 2.98 acre site, is comprised of a 45,694 SF warehouse with six shipping doors and one drive-in door. Parking is available for 15 tractor trailers. Exterior walls are full height precast with a curtain wall entrance and canopy.
The 4,306 SF office component includes an open plan office, executive offices, meeting rooms, employee cafeteria and a bright, spacious reception area.
The Town of Oakville contracted with Maple Reinders to construct a new Public Works/Parks Operations facility on a new site. The new building consolidated several operations into one central location that is operated more efficiently.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to design and build a new 649,000 SF rail-served logistics mega-centre, which serves as the hub for transport of Canadian forestry products throughout Canada and the U.S.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to demolish existing concrete foundations on site, and to subsequently design and build a new terminal that is approximately 170,000 SF on a 16-acre site and incorporates a distribution warehouse with an adjoining office.
