North American Logistics Services (NALS) stores and transports exhibits for use in trade shows and conferences across North America – delivering turnkey logistic solutions and custom brokerage services.
Maple Reinders, with its familiarity in developing land in the burgeoning Bolton market, was awarded the contract to design and build a new office and warehouse distribution facility for NALS.
The new building, on a 2.98 acre site, is comprised of a 45,694 SF warehouse with six shipping doors and one drive-in door. Parking is available for 15 tractor trailers. Exterior walls are full height precast with a curtain wall entrance and canopy.
The 4,306 SF office component includes an open plan office, executive offices, meeting rooms, employee cafeteria and a bright, spacious reception area.

The Town of Oakville contracted with Maple Reinders to construct a new Public Works/Parks Operations facility on a new site. The new building consolidated several operations into one central location that is operated more efficiently.
Maple Reinders was awarded the contract to design and build a new 649,000 SF rail-served logistics mega-centre, which serves as the hub for transport of Canadian forestry products throughout Canada and the U.S.

Maple Reinders delivered a 58,000 square foot expansion to Lineage’s temperature-controlled logistics facility in Vaughan, Ontario, adding more than 11,000 pallet positions while integrating new freezer systems, sustainable features and infrastructure within the active facility.

Maple Reinders provided pre-construction and construction services for a 147,585 square foot, six-storey XYZ Storage facility in Toronto, Ontario, featuring more than 1,400 storage units and a modern vertical design that maximizes space on a constrained urban site.

Maple Reinders designed and constructed the 163,600 square foot Royal BC Museum PARC Collections and Research Building in Colwood, British Columbia, featuring mass timber construction and specialized spaces to preserve the Province’s collections while supporting research, education and public access.
