Maple Reinders was engaged by Triovest for the design and build of their new Cambridge office, completing a base building structure to a “cold-shell” condition and including all parking, paving, curb cuts, sidewalks, storm drainage and landscaping.
The shell structure is built on a 12-acre site, with an interior clear height of 4.7m clear to the underside of the joists. The building is structural steel with metal roof deck, with interior bays reinforced to accommodate standard size future tenant HVAC equipment.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Oxford Riverbend Building 6 is a 79,000 sf warehouse, manufacturing and office facility in Burnaby, BC.
Maple Reinders completed the Design-Build contract for the construction of this two-storey youth centre for the Trinity Baptist Church, located in Kelowna, British Columbia.
