Maple Reinders was awarded the contract by Oxford Properties Group for the construction of a new 79,000 sf warehouse, manufacturing and office facility. The scope of work included all related site work and services, tilt-up concrete panel construction, with curtain wall architectural features.
Located in Burnaby, British Columbia, this warehouse base building consists of 17 loading bays, two truck access ramps, an end-of-trip, parking area, landscaped stormwater management and two exterior garbage enclosures. The building is LEED certified.
The project included a sequenced build including the construction and commissioning of the new headworks, followed by the demolition of the old headworks structure.
Maple Reinders constructed a new three-storey self storage facility that includes approximately 71,000 sf of floor area with storage lockers and a small retail office.

Maple Reinders renovated and modernized Coca-Cola’s Hamilton, Ontario facility, upgrading the building envelope, warehouse and approximately 5,000 square feet of office space while maintaining operations throughout construction.
