Under this contract, Maple Reinders was responsible for providing a turn-key package of design, permitting and construction services for the conversion of an existing office/warehouse space. This project consisted of two phases – totalling to 140,000 SF.
The existing office space included over 6500 SF of ground level space which was converted into storage space, keeping a small portion for office and retail space. The warehouse that existed prior included 2 levels, each roughly 21,000 SF that were both transformed to storage.
The second phase of construction involved demolition of the south end of the warehouse creating space for a 5 storey addition extending further south and wrapping around the west of the property.
