Maple Reinders was awarded the contract on a joint venture between Smartshop and Smartcentres to design and build a new storage facility located at 154 Wicksteed Ave in Toronto, Ontario.
The 136,000 sf, 3 storey facility includes three elevators, a full height loading dock, and three loading areas with canopies.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
