Nova Cold Logistics is a national firm that offers refrigeration and distribution services. Their facilities are CFIA safety certified, with on-site inspection services. Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extension to their existing facility in Calgary.
Construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing and some mechanical and electrical scope to tie into the existing facility. Project scope also included earthwork, construction of site improvements, and underground utilities.

A new access road was built for trucks to two new dock levelers, including new approach and gate access and the south parking lot expansion for trailer and truck parking.
