Under a contract with Powerhouse Properties, Maple Reinders undertook the design and construction of a new three-storey self-storage facility situated at 207197 Hwy 9 in Mono, ON. This state-of-the-art facility spans approximately 71,000 square feet, primarily comprising storage lockers, along with a compact retail office area.
The building’s exterior façade showcases a blend of architectural precast elements, vertical and horizontal insulated metal panels, and curtainwall glazing. To ensure convenient accessibility, the facility is equipped with two elevators that serve all three levels of the building.
Oxford Riverbend Building 6 is a 79,000 sf warehouse, manufacturing and office facility in Burnaby, BC.
Public Storage Cambridge - Pinebush is a 3-storey self-storage facility, 117,000 sf of floor area including retail store, office and lunch room.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
