Maple Reinders was awarded the contract for the Design-Build of a 65,000 SF self-storage facility for Paragon Self-Storage to include 400 storage units as well as cart storage areas, covered three bay loading dock space and Janus system storage lockers. In addition, retail and office space of approximately 1,360 SF was built with a retail/counter area, office and breakroom.
