Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing
Maple Reinders completed a siteworks project for the Caledon headquarters of ATS Containers. The two focuses of this project were to improve the site, and to implement a stormwater management system for the property.
Commercial, Multi-Residential
Maple Reinder undertook the Calgary Lofts Project, which converted the 11-storey Optima Place, originally built in 1981, from an office building into 56 residential suites under the City of Calgary's incentive program.

Maple Reinders undertook the Construction Management for this 18,000 s.f. four-storey commercial office building in Vancouver, B.C. On a constrained site in the downtown core.
Maple Reinders was proud to work with Trouw Nutrition Canada on two key projects to develop a state-of-the-art feed mill facility in Chilliwack, BC, replacing an aging facility on the same site.
Sobeys Inc., selected Maple Reinders as their construction partner to build a 55,000 sf ready-to-eat food processing commissary facility in Calgary, Alberta.

Maple Reinders completed a façade upgrade to the Tsuut’ina Nations Administration Office (also known as the Chief Joseph Big Plume Building) in the southwest of Calgary.

Dot Foods Inc., the largest food redistributor in North America, selected Maple Reinders to act as their Design-Builder for their flagship Canadian Head Office and Distribution Center.
Maple Reinders was proudly selected by Oxford Properties to deliver Phase 1 of the James Snow Business Park in Milton, Ontario—an ambitious industrial development aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-performance logistics and warehousing space in the Greater Toronto Area.
