Bow City Storage – Calgary

Maple Reinders was awarded the contract with Bow City Storage for their new six-storey self-storage facility located in the West End of Downtown Calgary. The contract included the pre-construction phase which required completing the Development and Building Permit design and cost estimating for the new storage facility.

Maple Reinders constructed the 130,000 SF building, with a variety of storage sizes through the six-storeys, ranging from 25 SF to 300 SF. Access inside the building and locker units are done by a wireless system, controlled by your phone and access code. The building has four drive-in loading bays with hydraulic lifting apparatus and three big freight elevators that have access to all floors. The main floor is also complete with a reception retail space for interaction with customers of the facility where they can enjoy a cup of coffee and purchase packing and storage materials.
