SmartStop Self Storage – Brampton

One of several projects that Maple Reinders has been able to design and build for SmartStop Self Storage, this project consisted of a 90,000 SF multi-storey facility including a retail office, rentable office spaces, and three floors of self-storage units of various sizes. Two canopied loading dock areas are also included.

The building construction consists of a steel structure and hollow core slab with climate controlled units and a barrier free access. The site also includes four pre-engineered buildings totaling an additional 30,000 SF. The facility is operated by a full security system including keypad security access at all entrances and an automatic keypad/controlled gate to access the property.
