Maple Reinders performed transformative renovations on SmartStop Self-Storage’s Mavis location, which was developed by renovating a pre-existing building, in addition to the construction of four new pre-engineered buildings for storage lockers. The existing building consisted of a renovated two-storey office area, while a new second storey with elevators was constructed in the warehouse area complete with storage lockers.
Outside of the existing structure, a retail addition, carport and four new pre-engineered structures were constructed, complete with storage lockers. The site works for this project consisted of new yard piping, grading and asphalt.

Maple Reinders undertook the Phase 2 and 3 extensions to their existing facility in Calgary. Which included construction of the 134,000 SF freezer/cold storage warehouse utilized reinforced concrete strip footings and pads, structural steel, insulated metal panels, SBS roofing.
Maple Reinders was awarded the Design-Build contract for Bluebird's five-storey self-storage facility located in Mississauga, ON. The new facility includes approximately 140,000 SF of space comprised of storage units and a small office and retail area.
Maple Reinders constructed Nationwide Self-Storage’s new facility with an eco-friendly Car Wash facility in Kamloops, British Columbia.
